The LRofTF presents a dynamic data generated version of a Drama (The Breakup) created by BBC R&D which also utilises Internet of Things objects to create a novel immersive experience. The LRofTF also uses an AI voice as part of the experience to highlight the transactional nature of many of our media consumption activities in that we are generating data as part of the experience.The LRofTF will now go on permanent display within a ‘future’ home at the Building Research Establishment at Watford

Living Room of the Future at Tate Modern
A new version of the Living Room of the Future (LRofTF) was presented at Tate Modern on the 8th and 9th of February as part of the PETRAS living in the Internet of Things by Prof Paul Coulton, Dr Adrian Gradinar, and Dr Joe Lindley.
