As part of the Optex project with the Swedish research Institute Innventia Leon Cruickshank travelled to Stockholm to give a keynote presentation on the benefits (and perils) of Open Innovation. This presentation demonstrated how the academic literature on open innovation, democratized innovation and lead users can inform new product and service development.
