Luncha Kucha with Loughborough

Here at Imagination we love collaboration, especially interdisciplinary and with external organisations and universities.

To spark further connections and collaborations we held a joint Luncha Kucha event online with Loughborough University Art & Design. Five researchers from each university presented three slides over three minutes, the topic being “what do you do, and why”.

We held the first of these four events at the end of November on the theme of ‘home and living’ and the feedback from the attendees was extremely positive. Between the presentations and the breakout rooms there was many new discussions started which have continued after the event.

This was an excellent format to enable us to get to know each other within the limitations of Covid-19 restrictions but without exacerbating Zoom-fatigue and we are very much looking forward to future events.
