We were thrilled that the zoner tools we co-designed with Helen Ryan at Lancaster City Council had their first independent trial this week.
We co-designed these highly visual outdoor tools to be used in a ‘grab and go’ mode by council consultation experts. Following recent flooding, Helen ran an event on Morecambe seafront to discuss the relocation of a park susceptible to flooding. The zoners attracted quite a crowd with a large number of residents expressing support and concerns around the resiting.
This will be the first of many events run by the council using the zoner and commenter tools.
